WICKLIFFE, John Keithly, Jr. of Sun City Vistoso, Oro Valley, AZ, passed away December 30, 2009 following a battle with Alzheimer's complicated by a broken hip. John is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Eleanor Mulder Wickliffe and his three children Kathryn Powell of Mooresville, NC; Sharon (Jon) Horner of Oro Valley, and Robert (Ellyn) Wickliffe of Oro Valley. Mr. Wickliffe is also survived by 12 grandchildren: Katie (Tim) Grisham of Mooresville, NC; Jon Powell of Lincolnton, NC; Abigail Wickliffe of Tucson, AZ; and the Horner grandchildren: Elizabeth, Raymond, Nathan, David, Desiree, Eleanor Grace, Joshua, Charlie, and Nicholas; great-grandchildren are Adam and Aubrey Grisham; a Powell great-grandchild will arrive this summer. Mr. Wickliffe is also survived by sister-in-law, Monica Wickliffe of Bonita Springs, FL; Theresa (Don) Knowles of Van Buren, AR; and brother-in-law Hank (Patricia) Mulder of Cobden, IL; five nieces, four nephews, and their families. Mr. Wickliffe will be interred at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Oro Valley, AZ on Thursday, January 7, 2010. ADAIR FUNERAL HOME is serving the family. Following the service the family will receive friends at the Wickliffe home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
